Text messaging terms

Ollie (Uhmazing Studio LLC, 2108 N St Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816-5712, United States) hosts booking storefronts for independent businesses: rental companies, cleaners, plumbers, pet care and the rest. When you contact one of those businesses through its storefront, that business may reply to you by text.

The texts are sent through Ollie from the shared toll-free number +1 (844) 651-6397, and each one begins with the business’s name so you know who is writing.

You opt in by giving your phone number on a business’s request form and pressing its send button. The consent notice sits directly above that button and reads:

By sending this request you agree that [Business name] may contact you about it by email and, if you give a phone number, by text message through Ollie. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts or HELP for help. See Ollie’s Privacy Policy and Text messaging terms.

A phone number is optional and nothing is pre-ticked. Leave the field blank and the business reaches you by email only.

• replies to the request you sent
• booking confirmations and changes
• requests for photos, when the job needs them
• invoices and payment links
• scheduling messages about your booking

Ollie does not send marketing or promotional texts on this number.

Message frequency varies by conversation: it depends on the business you contacted and on what your booking needs. Message and data rates may apply, and your mobile carrier sets those, not us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any text. You get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further texts, and the business reaches you by email instead. Reply START to opt back in.
